G2G Miners is legit, few company processes needs improvement
G2G Miners is a legit company, but they need to improve the customer experience throughout the purchasing process. My miners are hashing great so far in KZ with minimal downtime or issues. Hit up Jones Bridget (sales) for help with placing orders.
I’m a new customer with G2G Miners, my miners have been hashing for a couple weeks now in KZ. G2G Miners is a legit operation albeit there seems to be much to improve upon. My main criticism is that there seems to be some disorganization and lack of communication within the company. I think they may be going through some growing pains, and I think they need to work on their systems and processes for a better customer experience.
I had a contract signed and paid for (in BTC) and they dropped the ball and the deal fell through. I then signed a 2nd contract that was not honored. At this point I thought I was being scammed. I reached out to Jones (sales) who I noticed was active on social media/telegram mining channels. He was not my initial sales contact, but he seemed to have a good reputation within the mining community. I expressed my concerns with him and he reassured me he was aware of my situation and I was not being scammed. I decided to move forward towards another contract as he assured me he could help facilitate the closure of my deal and he did.
Of all the people I was in contact with throughout this ordeal, Jones was the only person who gave me any sense of confidence in G2G Miners’ operations. Had I not reached out to Jones, I would’ve requested a refund which would’ve left me with less bitcoin than I paid initially ($ price of btc increased while trying to finalize my deal). Needless to say, this review would’ve been much different also.
At this point, I’m happy I did not request a refund and was able to secure my miners even though I did not get the deal I had signed for in the beginning. So far, everything has been operating smoothly with minimal downtime or issues.

I bought my first miners from g2g and to my surprise they were turned on 14 days earlier than promised! I am very happy with the service and communication thus far, I even had a higher up in the accounting department contact me directly to answer a billing question that I had. Would definitely recommend!!!
